The origin of our oils and wines dates back to the beginning of the twentieth century when Don Pedro Rodríguez-Palmero Sanz, the oldest brother of the family continued the family tradition of his grandfather, who together with his brothers formed a business dedicated to the production of wines and oils as well as almond cultivation and other agricultural activities.

In its beginnings, the company's main focus was the bulk sale of wines, later it expanded into olive cultivation after the marriage of doña María del Carmen Rodríguez de Tembleque who owned centuries-old olive trees, on the estates of "El Cuerno", "Balbino", "Los Llanos", "El Verdoncho", "Las Cabezuelas" y "Los Valencianos" situated between the La Mancha Plain and the foothills of the easternmost mountains of the Montes de Toledo, the mountains of Arando y Luenga on the boundary of Madrigejos and Camuñas. The oil mil was later modernised and the Picual variety was introduced to the region.

This family tradition has stood the test of time, and has now passed on to Rosario Rodríguez-Palmero, who with the help of her mother Carmen Tembleque, manages the olive groves and the production and marketing of the oil.
